Guests arrive via the secure communal garage, where one designated parking spot awaits. From there, take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and walk through an inviting interior lounge area. Step through the Patio door, you’ll find a communal covered patio that leads directly to the entrance of your unit.

Living Room:
Inside, the living room boasts modern design and upscale comfort. High ceilings, clean lines, and stylish furnishings create a bright and airy atmosphere. A plush queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa and additional cozy chairs offer the perfect setting for lounging by the gas fireplace. A Smart TV with cable makes entertainment a breeze. Step outside to your private ground-level patio, where Adirondack chairs and a gas BBQ grill await—perfect for sipping coffee in the crisp mountain air or grilling after a day of adventure.

Kitchen and Dining Area:
The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home Outfitted with Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker, the kitchen also features elegant stone countertops and a spacious island with bar seating for four. Spices and cooking basics add to the convenience and a drip coffee maker helps jumpstart your morning, and the open layout ensures you're never far from the conversation.  Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where a wood table with seating for six provides a warm and welcoming place to gather for meals or games.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Both bedrooms are serene sanctuaries, each offering luxurious king-size beds, Smart TVs, gas fireplaces, and large windows fill each space with plenty of natural light.

The primary bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a glass-enclosed tile shower. While the guest bedroom is equally inviting, offering its own private bathroom with a stone-top vanity, two sinks, and a tub/shower combination.
